This is to inform that the chairman of Juba Resistance Movement has nominated Mr. Liban Hussein Osman as a Second Deputy Chairman of the JRM for foreign relations.

We would very much grateful any assistance renders to him. Furthermore the movement will strongly ask to all international community, including neighboring countries, local and international organizations to work and facilitate with our foreign secretary, Mr. Liban in order to achieve his goals.

I am pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr. Liban, as a Second Deputy Chairman of the movement, was approved by the executive committee after they held their fourth meeting on 11/10/2009.
