Accuracy and fairness are fundamental to good journalism. Ethic is about doing things right and reflects a person’s character and attitude. Make sure that your ethical position appears sound from every angle.

The history and experience teaches as that who ever claims to be educated without basic common sense is hiding negative characteristics of lack of self esteem. Proud Somali have to make a sound judgment and their statement should be based on truth and not fabricated false statement, far from the reality and without facts. In the ancient world, courage, truth and justice were basic morale virtue.

Courage without a clear sense is always unjustified risk. It’s always important to not manipulate others into doing or believing what you want them to believe and do, and instead of playing on people’s emotion it’s appropriate to appeal to their reason. ethics guide and encourage the regular ways of doing things right. yes, make no mistake, the ethical impression you leave with others communicate about your character and attitude. Once an ethical impression is made, there’s little you can do to stop or repair it .

Those who have been given the opportunity have the responsibility to express in clear terms their contribution to the already fragile Somali community and avoid given a childless, false and negative statement while claiming knowledge and talent that has not been absorbed, And lacking of the proper maturity that gives everyone the ability to reach a rational and sound judgment, avoiding the risk of an hasty decisions. The good example is that, people who have been extended trust should respond to higher standards of quality, ethical behavior and fairness.

And in today’s civilized word- to succeed in the existing competition one must perform in a very efficient and effective manner, act properly and with professional conduct. In conclusion, everyone should believe to be holding accountable for proper attitude and action, and need to honestly participate in developing mechanism to the proper and constructive contribution in any necessary positive social change. Think positively and act correctly; and always have the courage to take the blame if based on you action things are not done right.
